Merchant Standards

This document is a working draft for attorney and business review. It is not yet effective, does not create a binding agreement, and does not activate ordering, payments, delivery, age-verification, or any other commerce capability.

The existing Puffify Merchant Terms of Service and Privacy Policy remain operative. This draft does not amend, replace, or supersede either document. If approved later, final language, precedence, consent, versioning, and effective-date requirements must be confirmed before use.

Nothing in this draft announces or implies approval, sponsorship, endorsement, or operational readiness by Stripe, BlueCheck, Uber, or any other payment, identity, delivery, or technology provider. No new fee, commission, subscription, penalty, or charge is created by this draft.

Keep the store name, contact information, address, hours, website, licenses, service options, and public status accurate and current. Do not claim that a store is open, licensed, delivering, or offering a service when that is not true.

Review every product and variant before publication. Correct materially inaccurate names, strengths, sizes, editions, images, warnings, availability, and claims. Promptly act on safety notices and recalls and cooperate with lawful review.

Catalog inclusion and AI-assisted suggestions are starting points for review, not legal, regulatory, authenticity, or FDA determinations.

Use only text, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other material the merchant owns or is authorized to use. Do not copy images from an unrelated model or variant, remove ownership notices, or make unsupported endorsements.

Do not target minors through copy, imagery, audience selection, incentives, or deceptive presentation. Apply required age controls and do not encourage customers or staff to evade them. Self-declaration must not be described as verified age.

Use personal information only for authorized purposes and follow applicable privacy, marketing, consent, opt-out, and security requirements. A customer record or tool access does not prove marketing consent. Do not upload sensitive credentials or identity documents into ordinary notes or messages.

Protect credentials, use individual staff access where available, review permissions, remove departed staff, and report suspected compromise. Do not share accounts or use duplicate accounts to avoid restrictions or review.

Treat customers, staff, providers, and reviewers respectfully. Do not engage in fraud, impersonation, fake reviews, fabricated availability, deceptive pricing or claims, retaliation, harassment, manipulation of analytics, or interference with another merchant.

Puffify may request a correction or evidence and may limit visibility or access while reviewing a concern. Suspension is distinct from removal. Records are preserved under the existing lifecycle, and restoration does not automatically publish a removed storefront.

This draft creates no automatic fine, service-level commitment, response deadline, strike schedule, or other penalty. Any final enforcement procedure must align with the operative Terms and applicable law.
